Members will respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed. The same level of respect will be given to non-members.
Members will show integrity both in and outside of the clan. Any insults or lack of respect towards F9G by non-members are to be ignored and left un-commented. We should not need to defend ourselves.
There is a language filter in place on the website and while we accept 'accidents' happen anyone found to be constantly attempting to subvert or activate the filter will not be tolerated.
Equally in live game comms 'accidents' regarding language happen and if done in a context where it is clear no offense is intended a casual approach will be taken, however any aggressive posturing towards either a member of F9G or anyone else will not be tolerated neither will needless and excessive profanity.
No member will question policies and regulations in public. They are to use the CoC or Idea-box to issue their thoughts.
Using caps lock to excess is not acceptable. The use of capitals for large amounts of text is destructive and can be viewed as being aggressive offensive, or construed in a shouting attitude, using capitals just to emphasis something can be acceptable, but this is to be decided by the CoC.
No member will deliberately troll or bait any other members or do anything which is designed to goad a member into breaking any rules.
Sportsmanship is mandatory requirement.
Possible Punitive Action:
Due to the expansive nature of this section the full spectrum of warnings are available and can be used.
If you are a member of F9G you cannot be a member of another clan or gaming organization. We do not accept that the commitments to both organizations can be upheld and this is entirely unacceptable.
However joining forums purely for discussion and content work is acceptable
Members found to be Moonlighting will be subject to a discharge investigation by CoC.
But make sure you CHECK before you sign-up to another site, if you are unsure ask a staff member.
Possible Punitive Action:
100% Raise in warn level
Definition of a Cheat: Modifications that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that either gives an advantage to players using it or gives a disadvantage to players not using it.
Examples: wall hacks & speed cheats
Definition of a Glitch: Any behavior of the game that is either undocumented or unintended by the manufacturer in order to increase their own personal performance or decrease the performance of others.
Examples: Being able to hide in a rock or shoot through a wall that you normally cannot. Moving under the map.
No members will cheat or glitch under any circumstances.
No member is allowed to evaluate cheats in order to detect their use without express consent.
Definition of a Boost: Act that increases one's own stats or one's teams stats through dishonest means.
Examples: XP boosting and GB boosting.
No member will attempt to increase his/her own stats (be it KDR, XP, etc...) in a way contrary to the games intended means.
No member will pursue illegitimate ways of increasing his/her GB teams stats.
We also have a zero tolerance policy regarding anyone who modifies their system or controllers to give themselves a substantial in game advantage over other players. This means making 'rapid fire' controllers etc. but does not mean using commercially available products (such as real triggers etc.)
Specific examples of glitching/boosting can be brought to the attention of the CoC and added to this rule. A basic rule of thumb is if you think something feels 'to good' then ask and we can investigate.
Should credible accusations of cheating or glitching occur, the member will be subject to an investigation by the Chain of Command (CoC). Potential Punitive Action are as follows:
1st Offense - 50% Raise in warn level
2nd Offense - 100% Raise in warn level
Attendance Tracking System (ATS)
The Attendance Tracking System (ATS) is a method of tracking member activity levels in F9G. Community members(Gaming & Social) acquire points for various community related activities and these points are recorded in a spreadsheet where members can track their progress. The number of points you earn dictate your rank within the community. The Senior Staff hold stable ranks tied to their position and as such do not take part in this.
At the end of every practice session Squad Leaders(SL) will fill out an attendance report. Once the report is completed a member of the Senior Staff will update the ATS spreadsheet and keep an eye on levels of points, and issue promotions accordingly. Also if you gain a promotion to SA/SL you essentially get fast tracked up the ladder! So if you where a PFC and gained a promotion to SL you would go from 30 points to 180 in one go!
Assigned Practice - 10 points
Elite Challenges - 5 points (Accumulate a minimum of 10% towards objective)
Tournaments - 5 points
Recruitment - 20 points (Maximum of 60 points per month)
Misc. Events - 5 points
Below are the rank listings along with the points required for each so you can see how close you are to the next level!!
